Professional interests include specification of trace toxic metals and the instrumentation and application of mass spectroscopy.

Youngsoo Cho received her Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Changwon National University in the Kyongsangnam-do providence of Korea. In 2002, she received her Masters of Science degree from Changwoo National University, also in Chemistry. Youngsoo is continuing to pursue her interest in Chemistry through Western Carolina University graduate program in Chemistry. In addition to Youngsoo’s interest in the instrumentation and application of mass spectroscopy, she has a research interest in proteomics.
